New England Interstate Water Pollution Control Commission (NEIWPCC) is seeking proposals for a study to assess the feasibility and cost-efficiency of installing low-cost biological nitrogen removal retrofits at wastewater treatment facilities in the upper part of the Long Island Sound watershed (Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont).
