City Nature Challenge Virtual Information Session

Join Maritime Aquarium for a virtual information session to learn all about the upcoming 2026 City Nature Challenge! During this virtual information session, you will learn about the history and importance of this event and how you can get involved. This session will also include an overview of iNaturalist- the platform used for making observations.

The City Nature Challenge is an international effort to help people find and document plants and wildlife in cities worldwide. It’s a bio blitz-style competition in which cities compete against one another to see who can make the most observations of nature, find the most species, and engage the most people.
