Every September, City Island Oyster Reef hosts Viva la Sound—a free, family-friendly festival celebrating community and environmental stewardship.
The event features interactive booths from local environmental partners, food from local restaurants, plus hands-on activities like face painting, mural-making, live music, book readings, and more.
This year’s event is Saturday, Sept. 26, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. at Ambrosini Field, 200 City Island Ave.
