LIS Mentor Teacher Workshop at Hammonasset Beach State Park

LIS Mentor Teachers Elizabeth Brown and Curt Hayes from the Charles H. STEM Academy will lead a “Dive Deep into Long Island Sound” workshop at Meigs Point at Hammonasset Beach State Park from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sept. 16, 2025. Participants will explore contrasting environments to investigate adaptations, energy transfer, and the gathering of evidence to support a scientific argument.
